음식만안와요(이하 "서비스")는 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각합니다. 본 방침은 서비스가 어떤 정보를 수집·이용·보관하는지 명확하게 안내합니다.

음식만안와요는 회원가입·로그인 없이 Google Firebase(Firestore)를 통해 아래 정보만 서버에 저장합니다.
기기마다 이름 등 신원 정보 없이 임의로 발급되는 익명 식별자로 구분되며, 이 식별자에는 실명·이메일 등 신원을 알 수 있는 정보가 전혀 포함되지 않습니다.
· 주문 기록·업적 — 데모 주문 시 담은 메뉴, 가격, 배달 방식, 시간 등. 익명 식별자에만 연결되며 다른 이용자에게 공개되지 않습니다.
· 이용자가 직접 등록한 음식점·메뉴 정보("내 식당 추가" 기능) — 이름, 설명, 가격, 첨부한 사진 등. 이 정보는 모든 이용자에게 공개되며, 부적절한 신고가 누적되면 자동으로 숨김 처리됩니다.
주문서 작성 화면에서 입력하는 이름, 주소, 연락처는 서버로 전송되거나 저장되지 않고 기기에만 남습니다. 앱을 새로고침하거나 종료하면 즉시 사라집니다.
Android 앱은 정상적으로 배포된 앱에서의 요청인지 확인하기 위해 Google Play Integrity(Firebase App Check)를 사용할 수 있습니다. 이는 기기나 이용자를 식별하는 목적이 아닙니다.
웹 버전(음식만안와요.com)은 Google AdSense를 통해 광고를 제공할 수 있습니다. Google AdSense는 쿠키 또는 유사 기술을 사용하여 광고를 맞춤화할 수 있습니다.
Android / iOS 앱 버전은 Google AdMob을 통해 전면 광고(interstitial ad)를 표시할 수 있습니다. 앱 실행 시 일정 확률로 광고가 노출되며, AdMob은 광고 개인화를 위해 광고 식별자(Android Advertising ID, iOS IDFA 등)를 사용할 수 있습니다.
iOS에서는 앱이 광고 식별자를 사용하기 전에 iOS의 App Tracking Transparency(ATT) 권한 요청을 통해 동의를 구하며, 동의하지 않아도 앱의 다른 기능은 동일하게 이용할 수 있습니다.

웹 버전은 Vercel을 통해 호스팅됩니다. Vercel은 서비스 운영을 위해 서버 접속 로그(IP 주소, 접속 시간, 브라우저 정보 등)를 자동으로 수집할 수 있습니다. 이는 서비스 운영자가 직접 수집하는 것이 아니며, Vercel의 개인정보처리방침에 따라 관리됩니다.
1번 항목에 안내된 주문 기록·업적·이용자 등록 콘텐츠는 Google Firebase(Firestore, Authentication)에 저장됩니다. 광고 표시를 위해서는 Google AdMob과 통신합니다. Firebase의 개인정보 처리에 대한 자세한 내용은 Firebase 개인정보처리방침을 참고하세요.
본 서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 개인정보를 수집하지 않으며, 해당 연령대의 이용자로부터 의도적으로 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
본 방침은 법령 또는 서비스 정책의 변경에 따라 업데이트될 수 있습니다. 변경 사항이 있을 경우 앱 내 공지 또는 본 페이지를 통해 안내합니다.
FoodNeverArrives (the "Service") takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains exactly what information the Service collects, uses, and stores.

FoodNeverArrives has no sign-up or login. It stores a limited set of data on a server (Google Firebase / Firestore), listed below.
Each device is identified only by a randomly-generated anonymous ID that contains no name, email, or other identifying information.
· Order history and achievements — items, prices, delivery mode, and timestamps from demo orders. Tied only to your anonymous ID and never shown to other users.
· Restaurants/menus you submit yourself (the "Add your own restaurant" feature) — name, description, price, and any photo you attach. This content is public to all users, and is automatically hidden once enough users report it as inappropriate.
The name, address, and phone number you type on the checkout form are never sent to or stored on a server — they stay on your device only and disappear as soon as you refresh or close the app.
The Android app may use Google Play Integrity (Firebase App Check) to verify requests come from a genuine, unmodified copy of the app. This does not identify you or your device.
The web version may show ads via Google AdSense, which can use cookies or similar technologies to personalize them.
The Android and iOS apps may show interstitial ads via Google AdMob. A full-screen ad may appear with some probability when the app launches. AdMob may use an advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID / iOS IDFA) to personalize these ads.
On iOS, the app requests App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission before using this identifier. The app works the same whether or not you grant this permission.

The web version is hosted on Vercel, which automatically captures basic server logs (IP, timestamps, browser info) per its own policy. The operator does not collect these directly.
The order history, achievements, and user-submitted content described in Section 1 are stored using Google Firebase (Firestore, Authentication). The apps also communicate with Google AdMob to display ads. See Firebase's privacy policy for details.
This Service does not target children under 14 and does not knowingly collect data from anyone in that age range.
This policy may be updated to reflect legal or product changes. Any update will be announced in-app or on this page.
